"Generations of Knowledge Management (Book Chapter)"

This is a chapter from a forthcoming book co-authored by Mark W. McElroy and Joseph M. Firestone, Ph.D. entitled, 'Keys To The New Knowledge Management' (Butterworth-Heinemann 2003). This particular chapter critiques three different perspectives on the evolution of KM, especially the view currently put forth by David Snowden of IBM and his 'Cynefin' model.
