The Macroinnovation Method
(aka, the 'Policy Synchronization Method,' or PSM) is offered
to clients through licenses of two kinds:
.
|
- |
End-User
Licenses |
|
- |
Third-Party Licenses |
End-user licenses are free
and perpetual, however, recipients of these licenses must agree
to receive up-front training, for which we charge a one-time
fee. Related training programs range in length between three
and five days, and are always individually customized for each
client. A high-level outline of the full, five-day version of
this program is as follows:
.
|
- |
Day
One: Basic Concepts in Organizational Knowledge Processing and
Innovation |
|
- |
Day
Two: Basic Concepts (cont.); Social Innovation Capital and Sustainable
Innovation |
|
- |
Day
Three: The Macroinnovation Method (process) |
|
- |
Day
Four: The Macroinnovation Method (process, cont.; tools) |
|
- |
Day
Five: The Macroinnovation Method (tools, cont.) |
Clients with lesser needs than
implied by the outline above can opt to receive shorter versions
of the program, although we require no less than three days'
training to adequately cover the basics of the method.
Third-party licenses are also
offered. Here, the focus is on equipping independent practitioners
or commercial consultancies with the tools required to practice
the PSM method with their own clients. Licenses of this kind
are individually negotiated, and are offered in the form of one-year,
renewable agreements. Training requirements for this class of
license are identical to those described above for End-User licenses,
and are individually tailored to the needs of each client.

Macroinnovation Method can be found elsewhere on this site.
